  • A former teacher, Toshiko has been involved in a project to develop resources to assess foundational skills in students with disability as well as other projects to investigate the assessment of general capabilities in students from foundation to year 12 level. Toshiko’s research interests include the assessment of complex competencies, measurement theory, and raising the capacity of teachers to educate all students.
