  • Dr. Gamze Koseoglu is a lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She received her Ph. D. in Organizational Behavior at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. Her research focuses on contextual factors that influence employee and team creativity. Specifically, she looks at the role of social networks, leadership, and team processes on creativity. Currently, she is teaching the graduate level Managerial Psychology and Conflict and Negotiation classes and doctoral level Advanced Organisational Behaviour class.

  • Yes. My main research interests are: employee creativity, the impact of employee-employee relationships and employee-supervisor relationships on creativity, social networks and leadership. I do quantitative research, using field surveys and\or lab experiments.
