  • Steven Riddiough joined the Department of Finance in 2015 as a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance. His research interests are principally in the areas of empirical asset pricing and international finance. His research has been presented at major international conferences in Finance, including the WFA, AFA and EFA. His research has been published in the Review of Financial Studies and the IMF Economic Review.

    Steven teaches International Finance at the University of Melbourne and previously taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of Warwick and Imperial College London. Before joining the University of Melbourne, Steven worked in the International Finance Division at the Bank of England, acted as a consultant to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in London and Toronto, and worked as a Foreign Exchange Research Strategist for the Investment Bank, Credit Suisse.
