Bradley Shrimpton is currently a senior honorary fellow of the University of Melbourne and Head of Research at the International Baccalaureate Organization based in the Hague, Netherlands. Prior to joining the IB, Bradley worked for 13 years as a lecturer and academic coordinator with the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, where he taught postgraduate subjects in program evaluation, qualitative and mixed methods research. While with UOM, Brad worked on a wide range of projects including the evaluation of community level and statewide programs. Examples of these projects include the evaluation of anti-bullying programs, youth-focused mental health education programs, domestic violence education programs, arts programs for young people at risk of early school cessation. In 2005 and 2007 Bradley received Australasian Evaluation Society awards for Excellence in Evaluation.
