  • Dr Michael Santhanam-Martin is a Lecturer in Agricultural Production Systems, and a member of the Rural Innovation Research Group, in the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences. He completed is PhD in 2015. Michael's research interests include: - Institutional arrangements and governance practices in agricultural industries; - The sustainability of agricultural systems; - Agriculture and rural community development; - Farm workforce; - Farmers' climate change adaptation decision-making. Michael co-ordinates AGRI10048 Agricultural Production Systems 2 and contributes to AGRI10047 Agricultural Production Systems 1 and AGR30011 Innovation Change and Knowledge Transfer.
