Overview

OverviewText1

  • I am a Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne. My research lies at the intersection of computational and social sciences and contributes to the disciplines of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW).

My research focuses on social technologies for healthy living. I have examined how people collaborate through social media to pursue their passions and exchange support to quit smoking. My current work aims to support patient-clinician communication. I am interested in harnessing data from wearable and mobile applications to foster collaboration in the domains of sleep and stroke rehabilitation.
