DR Hao WU is Senior Lecturer of Property in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning at the University of Melbourne. He is a graduate of University of Melbourne, University of Auckland, and Nanjing University. His research interests include real estate economics and valuation, economics and geography, property and institutions, land development and built heritage management, liveability and social justice. He has published in journals such as Urban Studies, Journal of Property Research, Australian Planner, Property Management, Journal of Property Investment & Finance, International Journal of Housing Markets & Analysis, Urban Planning International, the Pacific Rim Property Research Journal, Journal of Sustainable Real Estate, Australian Property Journal, Shanghai Urban Planning Review. He serves on editorial board of Journal of International Housing Markets and Analysis and is a reviewer for numerous scholarly journals. He served on Vic&Tas Professional Committee of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (2008-2012), Training-Education Committee of the Australian Property Institution Victorian Chapter (2008-2012), and Senior Common Room of Ormond College (2010-2017). He was columnist Architecture Planning section for China Real Estate Business (2005-2007).
