  • Dr Said Ajlouni is a senior Lecturer in Food Science at the Melbourne School of Land and Environment. His teaching areas are food microbiology, advanced food analysis and food research and development.

    Said’s principle research interests are food safety and quality, and food antioxidants and functionality, with special emphasis on minimally processed foods.
