Elizabeth Gower has been the recipient of numerous awards and prizes including 3 Australia Council New Work grants, Victorian Ministry for the Arts, NETS Victoria Touring Grants, Alliance Francasie Art Fellowship, Dr Denise Hickey Memorial Scholarship, Australia Postgraduate Award, American Australian Association-Dame Joan Sutherland Fund.
Studio residencies include: Arthur Boyd Paretaio Studio in Italy, Australia Council Studio in Barcelona, Dr Denise Hickey Studio at Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris, Australia Council Greene Street Studio, New York, and Point B residency New York.
