Biography
Sandra Nolte is a psychometrician who has extensive experience in outcome assessment covering questionnaire development through to data analysis. She received her PhD from RMIT University in which she focussed on different biases in outcome assessment of chronic disease self-management. In particular, she investigated the potential presence and extent of confounding due to response shift and social desirability by using techniques such as Structural Equation Modeling. She joined the AFV Centre for Rheumatic Diseases (CRD) / Department of Medicine in June 2008.
