Biography

Professor Frank Larkins is Deputy Vice Chancellor International and Professor of Chemistry at the University of Melbourne. He has previously served as Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Dean of the Faculty of Land and Food Resources.

Professor Larkins is also Chief Scientist Energy for the Victorian Government through the Department of Primary Industries.
