Biography

I completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) at La Trobe University before completing my PhD examining One Nation and the Australian Far Right at Monash in 2006.  I have worked in the School of Social and Political Sciences since 1998 as a tutor and lecturer and have also taught Australian Politics at Victoria University and the Australian Catholic University.

More recently I have been engaged as a Research Associate and Research Fellow working on a number of ARC funded projects.  The first of these (with Mark Considine and Jenny Lewis) examined innovation inside local government.  The second (with Considine, Lewis and Barraket ) focuses on social and political connectedness at the municipal level.
