Biography

Clare's teaching includes sustainability and urban futures. She had lectured in the School of Architecture and Planning, at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her research and publications explore the evolving limits of theoretical planning based on policy and practice; comparative multiculturalism and diversity; technology and media; and socio-political critique of urban planning and governance, addressing economics, social capital, and the ethics of citizens participating in community and metropolitan growth management.
