Biography
Dr Rodrigo Calheiros is a Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at The University of Melbourne. He works in the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory.
Dr Calheiros has a Doctor Degree in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil awarded in 2010. He also holds a Masters Degree (Computer Science) from the same university in 2006. He also holds a degree in Computer Engineering awarded by the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), Brazil in 2004.
Research interests include all aspects of cloud computing, especially federation, simulation and emulation of distributed systems.
