Biography
Robert is a visual arts lecturer working in primary and early childhood education. He also acts as Project Manager at The University of Melbourne's Early Learning Centre, Abbottsford, a research and demonstration centre that provides a long-day care and education facility for children aged 3-5 years. For the past 15 years Robert has lectured in early childhood studies and primary education and has undertaken research in diverse local and international educational settings including China and Singapore. Robert's research interests are interconnected and include; effective pedagogies, teacher reflection, arts-based teaching and learning, Australian Indigenous story and story-telling and education for sustainable development
