Biography

My current position is senior postdoctoral research associate in the group of Professor Andrew Holmes at the University of Melbourne. I am the Chief Investigator in an Australian Research Council Discovery Project grant (DP0877325) to study novel materials for next-generation organic photovoltaic devices which started in 2008. I am in charge of the project on ‘New Materials and Concepts for Organic Solar Cells’ in the Go8/DAAD Australian-German Research Co-operation Scheme 2008 to 2009. I am also involved with collaborators in the Victorian Organic Solar Cell Consortium led by Professor Holmes and with partners in an international science linkage project. My current research interest is in the area of organic electronic materials. I have broad experience in academic research having worked as a postdoctoral researcher in ETH Zürich, Switzerland, and obtained my doctoral degree from the University of Oxford. I am looking forward to an exciting and fruitful career in academia.
