Biography

Ray Wyatt worked as a strategic planner in both public and private enterprise before becoming an academic, to teach analytical techniques and GIS science, while writing the Preference Prediction and three other major software packages. As such, he has taught, consulted and published in the fields of decision aiding, applied artificial intelligence, graphic communication, professional practice, city planning, transportation, facilities management and urbanization.
