Biography

I came to audiology from a psychology background.  I enjoyed studying audiology at the University of Melbourne as the course provides clinical experience in the field.  I worked as an audiologist at the Royal Children’s Hospital, with an ear specialist in private practice and for the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital before returning to the University of Melbourne to teach.  I have now taught audiology students for more than 30 years and I am currently the First Year Coordinator and the Clinical Coordinator.  I enjoy seeing our students' skills develop over their time here.  As many of our graduates go on to teach our students in their external clinics, I also enjoy seeing how they progress, both personally and professionally.
