Biography

Dr. Chuan Chen is currently a Lecturer in Construction Management at the Property and Construction Program. He got his B.Eng., M.Eng. and Ph.D. from Tsinghua University, China, the National University of Singapore, Singapore and the Pennsylvania State University, the United States respectively. Dr. Chen had work experience in industry, government and academia. He once worked for the Kvaerner Group as an assistant commercial manager and the Ministry of Construction, China as a visiting research fellow. Dr. Chen taught at Tsinghua University as a lecturer in construction management before he joined the University of Melbourne in 2007.
